Heidrun Guðmundsdóttir

Coordinator for the Nordic Chemical Group, Environment Agency, Iceland

Heidrun Gudmundsdottir is coordinator for the Nordic Chemical Group. With M.Sc in Environmental Science and Diploma in International Relations she has a unique 25 year background in Ecology, geology and interrelationship between the biota and the physcal environment as well as the water resources and chemical processes in the Groundwater resources. She has been an advisor on environment licences regarding waste and aquaculture, ozone depleting substances and F-gases as well as Project manager for the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive (WFD)  in Iceland.  

Since 2013, Heidrun has coordinated the activities of the Nordic Chemical Group and its subgroups.
