Dr. Liu is an Associate Partner at ERM in Taiwan. In past years, he has managed numerous of programmes mainly focusing on two fields: new chemical materials development for industries and the chemical substance related national regulatory implementation for the government. With his diversified professional background, organic synthesis, polymer science, material science, life science, and chemical management, he is familiar with different chemical related areas and assists companies to be in compliance with chemical management laws and regulations. He is the Product Stewardship team leader for CEA region, including China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
