Kathrin Gottlob is a Food Chemist. Since 2007 she works at the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) on evaluating residues of biocides. She is a member of the ARTFood (BPC Adhoc Working Group – Assessment of Residue transfer to Food), which supports the Biocidal Products Committee (BPC) with issues related to human exposure to biocides via food.
