Anja Coors
Managing Director, ECT Oekotoxikologie GmbH
Anja Coors is Managing Director of ECT Oekotoxikologie GmbH since October 2010. Her research background is mainly in aquatic ecology and ecotoxicology. ECT is a private contract research organisation offering ecotoxicological GLP standard tests for authorisation and registration of all kinds of chemicals. In addition, ECT is providing consultancy support for industry and government as well as conducting independent research, e.g. in EU-funded projects.
In recent years, Anja has led several UBA-funded projects addressing certain aspects in the environmental risk assessment of biocides, namely the consideration of mixtures and the comparative assessment of products.
