Stefan Gartiser
Manager, Hydrotox
Stefan Gartiser is an environmental scientist with more than 25 years of experience. After finishing his diploma in hydrology in 1987, with a focus on limnology, he founded Hydrotox GmbH together with two colleagues. He is test facility manager of Hydrotox and consultant in regulatory affairs with a focus on Biocides, REACH, and medicinal products.
Stefan led several projects in the field of biocides (cooling water, household application, safe use of biocides and information about alternative measures, occupational exposure, regulatory impact study, risk management measures, best practices) and wastewater (OSPAR expert group on Whole Effluent Assessment”).
