Rick Palandri heads Phoenix’s Sustainability Committee and is responsible for setting strategy, managing sustainability related projects, and reporting. He has a decade’s experience in plastics packaging working across multiple engineering roles. Rick works primarily in new product development with a focus on sustainability and design of injection molded parts. He is driven by the constant new challenges that are inherent to working in plastics packaging in 2022.
