- November 2016 - EU experts discuss the implications of Brexit at Chemical Watch's Enforcement Summit in Brussels
- January-March 2017 - Chemical Watch reports on evidence from UK and EU stakeholders to the British Parliament's Environmental Audit Committee inquiry on 'The Future of UK Chemicals Regulation after the EU Referendum'
- 29 March 2017 - UK Government sends letter to Brussels triggering Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon giving two years to negotiate its exit from the EU
- 29 September 2017 - SAVE THE DATE: Chemical Watch's first Brexit workshop in conjunction with industry organisation Tech UK and health and environment NGO CHEM Trust bringing together experts and stakeholders to examine the implications in terms of UK/EU trade and environmental protection, current models of cooperation with the EU and possible options for UK chemicals law after Brexit.
