Kenneth Moss
Retired in August, 2020, after 35 years at US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the area of chemical regulation, risk management and policy development under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Joined ERM as a Principal Consultant in January, 2022. Experience at EPA was with the New Chemicals Program and all aspects of the review process for Premanufacture Notices (PMNs), including writing and publication of Significant New Use Rules (SNURs).
Managed, developed, and implemented a wide variety and number of EPA regulations, chemical policy statements and interpretive guidance documents for the public and the regulated community. Worked and managed multi-disciplinary groups of scientists assessing toxicity, fate, exposure or risk of new chemical substances.
