Bill is a Board Certified Environmental Scientist (BCES) with more than 35 years of experience in environmental toxicology, chemical fate and wastewater treatability. He has experience in the assessment of personal care products and cleaning agents, chemicals used in the food industry as well as industrial applications. Bill is an expert in toxicity identification evaluations (TIE), which are a series of tools to identify specific toxicants in the environment and assist in treatability of the chemical.
