Food Contact Regulations USA 2018

Devon Hill is a partner at Keller and Heckman in Washington, DC where he has been advising clients on requirements applicable to FDA regulated products for the last 20 years. Prior to going to law school, Devon worked in industry and in academic research positions.  He obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, which helps him to advise clients on the often intertwined legal and scientific issues inherent to FDA law.  

He advises clients across the whole food supply chain from raw material and ingredient suppliers to brand owners of finished food products. Devon serves as outside counsel to a number of trade associations with interests in global, federal, and state laws and regulations that impact food and food contact materials.
