Patricia Kinne brings over 20 years of experience managing and leading food contact compliance, chemical registration, and maintaining regulatory compliance. She has a thorough background in food contact compliance in the areas of additives, pigments, home and personal care, and water and paper treatment chemicals.
She has significant experience obtaining, verifying, and organizing the required information needed to submit Food Contact Notifications to the FDA and in formulating strategies to secure FDA clearance extensions for existing products and regulatory strategies for new products. This includes providing clients with analytical testing advice and experience in working with outside laboratories to manage testing required for submissions.
