Leonor Garcia is the Public Affairs Director of PlasticsEurope, where she heads Communications and Advocacy activities of the association.
Before joining PlasticsEurope, she worked for The Coca-Cola Company, as Director Corporate Scientific and Regulatory Affairs of Packaging and Equipment at both the European and the global level.
Previously she held several positions ranging from Product & Process Development to Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs working at a number of chemical companies.
She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
