Angeliki Lyssimachou represents Pesticides Action Network (PAN) Europe, the European regional centre of a global network organisation that aims to replace the use of harmful pesticides with ecologically friendly alternatives.
Angeliki is an environmental scientist/toxicologist with a PhD and 12 years research experience studying the effects of pollutants on environmental ecosystems with a special focus on mechanisms of endocrine disruption. In PAN Europe, due to her scientific background, she works on pesticide toxicity issues and runs the campaigns on endocrine disrupting pesticides.
