Roberto Crespi is an associate in the Competition, Regulatory and Trade team of Fieldfisher (Brussels Office). His practice focuses on the interplay between the legislation on chemicals (e.g. REACH and CLP Regulations, RoHS II and WEEE Directives, circular economy) and product-specific EU Regulatory Law concerning CE Marking and product recall (e.g. Medical Devices Regulation, Eco-design, GPSD).
He also has a sound expertise in Intellectual Property matters, in particular plant varieties and trademarks. Roberto trained in the Milan, London and Bristol offices of a British law firm.
Roberto is a fully qualified Italian lawyer (avvocato) admitted to E-list of the Bar of Brussels.
