Richard TONG has been working in CNCIC since 2005. He has more than eight years of experience in chemical regulatory affairs in East Asian and Europe.
He is responsible for new chemical notification in China now, he has completed more than 100 new chemical regular notifications in China, he has rich experiences in chemical regulatory compliance services. He also participates in food contact material notification and cosmetic notification in China.
