6th Annual Regulatory Summit USA
For the sixth year, Regulatory Summit USA focused on the latest developments in state-level, federal and global chemical legislation, including the US Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and California’s Proposition 65.
This Summit offered a unique opportunity to learn about the latest regulatory challenges facing the safe management of chemicals using a mix of presentations, roundtable discussions, and Q&As, and brought together over 25 experts in global chemicals regulation.
Day One focused on TSCA, state-level activity, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) and updates on chemical regulations in Latin America. Industry experts will form a panel to discuss non-regulatory drivers that can influence legislation.
On Day Two, speakers shared valuable insights into REACH and the impact of Brexit on the UK chemicals industry plus updates on key regulatory and compliance issues in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, the Middle East, Turkey and Australia.
