Xiaolu Wang
Ms. Xiaolu Wang has extensive legal and regulatory knowledge and expertise in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance. Before joining Verisk 3E as a regulatory analyst for the Asia Pacific region, Ms. Wang worked for a regulatory consulting firm based in DC as a senior regulatory consultant, monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes in Asia on EH&S related issues, including occupational health and safety protection of workers, air/water pollution prevention, food contact materials, cosmetics, and medical devices. In addition, Ms. Wang has in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of chemical management in Asian countries and regions, including China, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Ms. Wang is also a frequent speaker at conferences. In 2017, she presented in the Global Food Contact Materials Conference in Rome, Italy and led two workshops in Crystal City, Virginia and Berlin, Germany, during which she discussed food contact materials related legislation in China. Ms. Wang’s most recent presentation addresses the chemical management frameworks of various Southeast Asian countries and Australia.
Ms. Wang is a licensed attorney in the People’s Republic of China and the State of New York. She is a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker and is fluent in English.
