Richard Elsmore is an ERM Partner and based in Harrogate in the UK. Richard has over 30 years’ experience of working within the Chemical industry. He has a first degree and PhD in Microbiology from Cardiff University and an MBA in Financial Studies from Nottingham University; he is a Chartered Biologist and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology.
At ERM Richard has been responsible for running a business unit employing approximately 40 staff and her runs a team providing regulatory support to companies seeking compliance under the EU BPR.
