Ann Marie Gaitan
Ann Marie Gaitan is the Principal FDA Registration Specialist for North America at Diversey, Inc., overseeing all matters within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Mrs. Gaitan plays a key role in regulatory activities relating to antimicrobial pesticide products, including chemicals and devices, for which she advises on the rules and requirements of the FDA, Health Canada, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), among others.
Mrs. Gaitan holds a bachelors in business administration from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., a law degree from St. John’s University in New York, and is licensed to practice law in Florida. As part of Diversey’s Research & Development team, Mrs. Gaitan draws from her business, compliance and legal backgrounds to develop interdisciplinary approaches to the company’s regulatory affairs and advocacy priorities.
