Cy Kim is a U.S. patent attorney in Kim & Chang’s Chemical and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. He has extensive experience advising clients on TCCL matters and on K-REACH and K-BPR developments from the early legislative stages. He has been active as a speaker in various international conferences and webinars, as well as a contributing author to various legal publications.
After graduating from Duke University as a Chemistry major, Mr. Kim worked at Stanford University as a research assistant before enrolling at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he earned an International High Tech Certificate along with his J.D.
