Mr. Riku Rinta-Jouppi, a graduate of Cambridge University, established REACHLaw in 2006. He is recognised as one of the leading European legal experts in chemicals regulation. In addition to his legal qualifications he holds a Master’s degree in bio-information technology. Mr. Rinta-Jouppi is the responsible person for REACHLaw global compliance services. His responsibilities also include the development of compliance solutions to chemicals regulatory requirements, case management of contentious regulatory issues and public speaking on chemicals regulatory compliance issues.
