Dr Tasoula Kyprianidou – Leontidou is employed at the Department in Cyprus for the last 20 years. She is the head of the Chemicals Sector and her responsibilities are mainly related to the management and control of chemicals and all issues related to REACH, CLP and PIC regulations. She is representing Cyprus to various international and European meetings on both policy and enforcement issues.
She is representing Cyprus to the FORUM Committee for the enforcement of the chemicals legislation of ECHA and in this capacity she is currently chairing the Working Group on the cooperation with Customs Authorities and the Working Group on Prioritisation of the next REACH-EN-FORCE projects.
