Inspector and Multidisciplinary Team Leader/Environmental Inspectorate, General Inspectorate for the Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Spatial Planning (IGAMAOT)
Sofia is Inspector and one of the Multidisciplinary Team Leaders from IGAMAOT and works in the Environmental Inspectorate Multidisciplinary Team, being also the Portuguese Alternate Forum Member. During five years she worked as Inspector enforcing IPPC/SEVESO Directives and REACH/CLP Regulations, among other legislations. Before that she worked as Labour Inspector and in the industry. Sofia holds a master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety and a Licenciate’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology.
