Cissie Yeung
Cissie is the Product Regulatory, Compliance & Advocacy Manager in Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd. She is responsible for the Product Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulatory affairs, assurance, and advocacy work for Downstream businesses in the SEA Region including ASEAN, India, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Island. Cissie is active in international regulatory affairs for more than 25 years. She was appointed as the Co-chair of the ICCA ASEAN Regulatory Cooperation Project (ARCP) since June 2015. She also appointed as the representative of Singapore Chemical industry in the APEC Chemical Dialogue (APEC CD) -Virtual Working groups on GHS, Data Exchange, and Regulatory Cooperation since 2012. She was appointed as Industry co-chair with Russia CIS in the APEC CD VWG on Data Exchange in April 2018. Cissie is a certified GHS Training instructor from The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) in Japan, as well as being a trainer for the GHS courses conducted by the SCIC.
