Tom Zhang
Tom Zhang got Physical Chemistry Ph.D graduated from Peking University and Chinese Academy of Sciences; then work in P&G and now is responsible for Greater China region chemical regulations, dangerous goods regulations, and pesticide regulations compliance and policy advocacy.
As company representative in industry association, Tom was deeply involved in many regulations’ development or revision projects under multiple ministries in China - like MEE new chemical guideline revision, Order 7 revision, existing chemical regulation; MOT dangerous goods road transportation regulations, MIIT GHS regulations, etc. Tom had also been industry speaker to share industry experience, perspectives, and comments with regulators and professors across various platforms like CPCIF, CSOT, CCIA, etc.
