Camelia obtained a PhD in Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She started her professional career at Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council in 2009. Since 2016, she has led Biocides for Europe (B4E). In this position, she actively follows the regulatory developments of the EU biocides legislation, providing support, information and advice to members in the area of compliance and implementation. She represents B4E in the various fora at EU level.
