Zanda’s practice focuses on EU regulatory compliance in the areas of chemicals and product regulation. She assists clients with litigation before the European Court of Justice and the Board of Appeal of the European Chemicals Agency, as well as general compliance, including product safety obligations and compliance with the CE marking regime. Zanda also advises on developments under the EU’s Green Deal, in particular the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability and other ESG related matters.
