Lawrence Culleen is a partner in Arnold & Porter’s environmental practice group and leads the firm’s “chemicals” practice area. He represents clients on regulatory and enforcement matters before agencies such as the US Environmental Protection Agency.  Larry has broad experience advising clients on US and international regulatory programs including chemicals, pesticides, antimicrobials, biotechnology, and nanoscale materials.  Prior to joining A&P, Larry held significant positions at EPA as a manager in risk-management programs that oversee pesticides, chemicals, and biotechnology products.
