Bastian is working on the PFAS in firefighting foams and the universal PFAS restriction proposal at ECHA. Alongside his experience in chemical risk management he also has a background in industrial pollutant releases at the European level and has worked in the context of the Industrial Emission Directive, the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, the F-gas Regulation and the ODS Regulation.
