Sok-Han gains her industry experience as an independent regulatory affairs consultant, with a focus on Japan, South Korea and other Asian markets. She serves as a conduit between the Japanese market and the rest of the world, assisting industry in navigating through complex compliance frameworks. Her specialty is in food and beverage, food contact, health supplement and cosmetic products. Sok-Han is a fluent speaker of Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin.

Research associate of China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment. Mainly responsible for the secretariat work of Food Safety National Standards Review Committee Food Related Products Sub-committee, and the organization of technical review for the administrative license for new varieties of food contact (FC) products.

Nick has 13 years’ experience in Food Contact material Safety & Chemical Regulation, whilst heading different positions in TUVR in Asia Pacific region and Greater China region related to Food Contact materials and chemical regulation. A senior expert to support multinational corporation for the regulatory compliance and product safety evaluation for various products (including Food Packaging, kitchenware, household appliance and food processing machinery etc.) for major markets (EU, US, China, Japan, Mercosur etc.) He has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry.

Nhat Nguyen is a US licensed attorney with over 9 years of global regulatory compliance. He currently serves as the Chief Analyst for Enhesa Product Intelligence and leads a new department which provides further insights and solutions to Enhesa Product Intelligence's customers on regulatory compliance, technology and scientific data regarding chemical and chemical products. 

Dr. Piyatida (Tung) Pukclai has worked in several technical and managerial positions within the Business Development and Regulatory Policy. Currently, she is Asia-Pacific Lead for Regulatory Policy and Business Development of knoell, an independent service provider for Regulatory Affairs and Product Registration over 25 years.

Junho Lee is a Director at CIRS Group Korea and has 18 years of international experience specializing in the field of chemical regulations, standards and certifications in Korea, China and Europe. He has supported industry on major chemical regulatory updates around the world starting with EU REACH, and now Korea’s K-REACH.

Dr. Liu is a Partner at ERM in Taiwan. In recent years, he has managed numerous programs primarily focusing on two fields: the development of new chemical materials for industries and the implementation of chemical substance-related national regulations for the government. With his diverse professional background in organic synthesis, polymer science, material science, life science, and chemical management, he is well-versed in various chemical-related areas and assists companies in complying with chemical management laws and regulations. As a Partner, he is responsible for sustainable product and supply chain services.

As a regulatory toxicologist with 16 years experiences, Dr. Zhang helps Chemical manufactures understand and comply with global regulations during producing and using of new and existing chemicals. She has successfully delivered compliance solutions to more than 200 International chemical manufacturers. 

Marco has been involved in food contact materials for more than 20 years. He is now serving as the expert in various organisations: The member of Reviewing Committee for Chinese National Food Safety Standards, The member of Standardisation Committee for plastic food contact material, and Standardisation Committee for food contact paper, etc. To date, he has published more than 100 papers in journals and academic conferences regarding the safety of food contact materials. He was assigned by authority since 2014 to draft a serial of Chinese FCM standards including multilayer packaging, wood and bamboo, paper and paper board, as well as analytical methods for specific migration.

Wen-Gie has an MBA in Sustainability & Leadership/BSc in Biology & Chemistry along with 22 years experience in the chemical industry in the areas of product safety & regulatory affairs, and safety health, environment & quality management, manufacturing and engineering.

Hazwan has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Science in Applied Physics with research background focusing on material characterisation. Carrying with him an abundance of 15 years working experience from sales & marketing, R&D and manufacturing. He has been with SGS, the leading testing, inspection and certification company for 6 years directly assisting clients, both manufacturers and retailers to fulfil their product testing needs. Together with his sales team, he has been working closely with clients that manufactures different food contact material type such as plastic, rubber, metal, coated and paper-based material that are exporting to US, EU and Asian countries.
