Dr. Cheng-Yung Lai, the Senior Environmental Technical Specialist, has been member of TCSB since its establishment in 2017. He has been responsible for the establishment of chemical substances registration system, training of personnel for compliance check of registration dossiers, establishment of review procedures for alternatives tests, and education and counseling for registrants.
