Simon advises companies on EU life-science and environmental legislation, ranging from REACH, biocides, agro-food to cosmetics and electronic equipment. In particular he helps clients to navigate the complex aspects of the EU regulatory legislation and its implementation within Member States, also including advocacy strategies and general compliance issues.
Simon is also involved in the approval process of substances or products as well as in the related litigation before the European and national courts.
