Ms Owen is an international lawyer with over 20 years experience in advising clients on Latin America. She began her career in the international and environmental sections of Baker Botts, before moving into private practice in 1998.
She counsels companies on their environmental, sustainability, health and safety, and policy advocacy initiatives in Mexico, South and Central America. Her practice includes regulatory monitoring and product stewardship counseling for the technology sector across the region.
