Shanda is a journalist who has worked on issues of education, political reform and the environment. Based in Paris, he joined Chemical Watch News & Insight in October 2021 as a reporter for the Europe desk before taking on the role of business editor. He has master’s degrees in environmental policy from Sciences Po and in journalism from Cardiff University. He completed his undergraduate degree in politics, philosophy and economics at the University of Manchester.
