Deputy Director General, Cosmetics Europe
Emma Trogen is Deputy Director General of Cosmetics Europe. Before joining Cosmetics Europe in 2013, she worked in two international law firms in Brussels, advising clients on EU regulatory and antitrust files. Emma ensures horizontal coordination on all relevant policy files of Cosmetics Europe and has particularly been involved in the Cosmetics Europe work on the European Green Deal. She is the project lead on the Cosmetics Europe sustainability initiative Commit for Our Planet. Emma is a qualified lawyer and graduated from the Universities of Nantes and Rennes, France and Cardiff, UK.
