Jen Jackson recently joined the Safer Consumer Products Program at the California Department of Toxics Substances Control. For more than 20 years, Jen’s work has focused on chemicals of concern that can harm human and environmental health, toxics reduction and pollution prevention. She has worked in government, NGOs and as a private consultant. She holds a master’s degree in environmental planning and resource management and her thesis identified sources of endocrine disruptors in wastewater.
