Peter Schindler
Head of Expert Team, Environment Agency Austria
Since 2019 Peter Schindler has been Head of Expert Team Biocides in the Environment Agency Austria (EAA). He studied chemistry at the Technical University in Vienna and worked some years in the rubber industry. In 2006 he joined the EAA working in the area of chemicals legislation and building up the Austrian national helpdesk for REACH and CLP. Since 2012, the focus of his work has shifted to biocides by establishing the national helpdesk for biocides and coordinating the authorisation process under the BPR.
