Robert Janssen
Dr. Ir. Robert Janssen has over 20 years’ of experience in the chemical industries
and consultancy delivering value across the business and supporting clients in
meeting their regulatory requirements. He coordinates a broad spectrum of
projects ranging from chemical registration, GHS classification, risk assessment,
hazard communication up to global supply-chain compliance programs. His recent
focus is on preparing authorizations under REACH, the regulation of Biocides
under the BPR and the new regulatory landscape in Asia and the USA. Before
joining ERM, Dr. Janssen worked as a regulatory supply chain specialist at the
global procurement department of Clariant and as a process development
engineer at Infineum UK. Dr. Janssen holds a PhD in organic chemistry and a
MSc. Chemical Engineering both from the TU Twente, the Netherlands.
