Sydney is a product stewardship team member in ERM’s Boston, Massachusetts office with a background in chemistry. She has worked for a diverse profile of globally established clients across many sectors to implement circular economy practices, support regulatory compliance, and create product stewardship-related training.

She has developed and facilitated comprehensive global product stewardship training focused on efficacy, communication, and radical culture changes within an industry-leading chemical organization. Her compliance experience includes both domestic and international chemical compliance, as well as strategic marketing assessment of potential concerns held by consumers, end-users, and the public.

She has experience with chemical compliance working on projects that involve TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) and RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) in the United States, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical Substances) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) in the European Union, and K-REACH in South Korea. These trainings, assessments, and her other related work is focused on supporting and inspiring stakeholder engagement.
