TSCA: Section 5 New Chemical Notification

The second session, Strategies for U.S. EPA New Chemical Notification Packages and the Benefits of Chemical Prescreening, will highlight U.S. EPA submission options and important hazard, engineering and exposure information needed in the new chemical notifications. The instructor will also discuss EPA approaches and predictive tools that may help identify risk-prone activities, assist in the development of targeted testing schemes and provide insight into the potential regulatory outcome prior to submission.
