Global Industrial Chemical Control Laws
A holistic overview comparing and contrasting systems in the US, China, EU, Canada, Japan, Korea, Australia, Philippines, New Zealand and Taiwan as well as emerging systems in Southeast Asia.
The first session of the workshop will discuss the different types of chemical control laws (CCLs) i.e. Inventories, Product Registries, Lists, EU REACH, Korea-REACH, etc. and will focus on the regulatory "evolution" with increased emphasis on "existing" substances and the "safe harbor" inventories. This will then lead to a separate session on polymers.
