Adam Baas
Adam concentrates his practice in the area of environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, legacy and successor liability, and transactions involving environmentally impacted assets. Adam has extensive experience in a range of environmental matters and acts as lead counsel representing corporate clients in complex enforcement and cost recovery actions, natural resource damage claims, product liability suits, Superfund and legacy site cleanups, consent order and settlement negotiations, acquisition agreements, and parent/subsidiary successor liability analysis.
Adam has advised multi-national clients on the legal issues surrounding emerging contaminants for almost 20 years, and has recently led discussions on the state-of-the-law and science surrounding PFAS across the country and written multiple articles on the topic.
