  13. Vietnam – recent changes in chemical regulatory framework

    • On October 9, 2017, the Government of Vietnam issued a new Decree 113/2017/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Chemical Law, creating a clear legal corridor for investment, import and export, manufacturing, trading and using of chemicals.
    • Additionally, on December 6, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam also officially announced the operation of Vietnam National Chemicals database in order to support the chemical industry.
