Annamaria Carusi is an expert in social aspects of scientific processes. She has done extensive research on data and information sharing in regulatory toxicology and the sciences associated with it. Aside from consulting, Annamaria is also Reader in Medical Humanities at the University of Sheffield, where she conducts cross-disciplinary research across social and philosophical studies of science, and biomedical sciences.
