Laura Duncan provides legal counsel to product manufacturers, importers, retailers and private labelers. She has extensive experience resolving product and environmental compliance issues and helping companies reduce legal risks.
She has worked with the electronics industry on issues including material restrictions, energy efficiency, labeling, marketing claims, product warnings and disclosures, and extended producer responsibility. She also advises clients and trade associations on potential impacts of proposed laws and regulations, and founded Product Law Group, based in San Francisco, in 2018.
