    MODULE 2 - CLP Classification Principles

    • Understand the main principles of hazard classification under CLP
    • Identify when testing is and isn’t required by the CLP Regulation
    • Use the principles of CLP to undertake CLP hazard classification
    • Determine the difference between the major hazard classes of CLP

    MODULE 3 - CLP Labelling Principles

    • Understand the main principles of CLP labelling
    • Decide which aspects of CLP labelling are applicable to your products
    • Communicate hazards associated with your products in a compliant format
    • Check the compliance of current/supplier labels

    MODULE 4 - CLP Poison Centre Requirements

    • Understand how to undertake Poison Centre notification under Annex VIII of CLP
    • Determine which of your products have to be notified to Poison Centres
    • Ascertain which deadlines associated with Annex VIII of CLP are applicable to you

    MODULE 5 - SDS Obligations Across the Supply Chain

    • Identify when an SDS should be provided/received
    • Identify what your requirements are, depending on your position in the supply chain
    • Understand the content of the main areas of an SDS and how to spot non-compliance
    • Navigate an SDS to extract vital information

    MODULE 6 - Exposure Scenarios Obligations

    • Know when an eSDS should be provided (and when it does not)
    • Understand where the information in the eSDS comes from
    • Recognise the obligations that arise upon receipt of an eSDS
    • Pass on information to your customers, including for mixtures

    MODULE 7 - Proving Compliance

    • Decide whether your activities are addressed in the eSDS and know what to do if they are not
