2019 Summit Highlights
This year’s Regulatory Summit Europe took place on 14-15 October in Brussels, Belgium welcoming more than 200 regulatory professionals with the latest developments in chemicals control legislation from around the world.
The Summit brought together regulators from around the world, experts from industry and service providers to share their perspectives and understanding of European and global regulatory challenges.
The two-day Summit welcomed a panel of over 30 carefully selected experts from organisations including ECHA, European Commission, Cefic, Taiwan’s EPA, Fieldfisher and the Environmental Defense Fund.

China pushing to finalise law on new and existing substances
China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) is working at "full speed" on the draft Regulation for new and existing substances. And the revisions to MEP Order 7, the law on new substance registration, could be "suddenly adopted" shortly after the consultation ends on 31 October. Find out more
