Veronique Garny

Veronique Garny, a pharmacist and toxicologist, has been working in the field of pharmaceutical research and development since 1980, before joining the chemical company Solvay as product toxicology research coordinator.
In 1996, she joined Cefic, the European Chemical Industry Council, to manage scientific and regulatory issues for the chlorine and fluorine sectors after which she became responsible for product stewardship and took care of diverse topics like nanomaterials, product sustainability, CLP and later on international chemicals management.
