Yi-Kuen Liu

During the past decades, Yi-Kuen's job focused on waste management and environmental inspection in Taiwan EPA. Now he works at the Bureau of Toxic and Chemical Substances (TCSB) EPA and is responsible for toxic chemicals management, coordination and cooperation with multi-ministries on the chemicals management issue. The registration system of chemical substances had been established since 2014 in Taiwan and The Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act (TCCSA) had been amended and will be effective on 16th January, 2020.
