Abdulqadir Suleiman
Chief Specialist, Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, Norway
Suleiman Abdulqadir is the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s national REACH representative and contact person. He works with the implementation of REACH/CLP with a focus on the workplace and workers’ safety-related concerns. He has been the Inspector for both REACH/CLP and OSH regulations for the last 10 years.
Suleiman is a member of the Nordic Exposure Group (NEXPO), REACH Exposure Expert Group (REEG) and the working group for SDS initiative. Previously he worked at, among others, the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment. His academic background is as an organic chemist (synthesis of metalorganic catalysts), and later as an occupational hygienist.
